Multi Tube Bellows

Overview

Multi Tube Bellows (MTB) system perfectly blocks 'Air-Intake', the main factor of incomplete combustion, by applying it to the openings of the upper and lower process coil penetration sections of all types of heaters, furnaces, and reformer facilities in the petrochemical industry. This is a flexible sealing system that prevents NOx generation and heat loss.

The multi-link type Insulation Pocket is installed closely to the coil to flexibly seal the independent movement of individual coils, thus preventing damage to the refractory material around the coil as well as significantly preventing the deterioration of process efficiency due to the inflow of cold air from the outside.
