Ladle
Overview
Steel ladle containing molten pig iron and steel is a representative secondary refining facility and is classified into various types such as molten iron ladle, teeming ladle, converter, and tundish depending on the shape and use.
Refractories installed inside can be divided into working linings that are in direct contact with molten steel and safety linings that are not be contacted. t with them. Insulated Ladle Solution
The Vermiculite-based insulation boards 'VIP-12 HS & VIP-900,' which meet the high service temperature, mechanical strength, and thermal shock resistance required for Steel Ladle refractories, are high-temperature insulation boards for steelmaking developed by European leading refractory board manufacturer, Skamol.
