Ci-BOT
Overview
The Carburization Inspection Robot (Ci-Bot) is a next-generation inspection service that can automatically collect the amount of carbide accumulates inside the coil by scanning the process coil made of nickel-chromium alloy.
Ci-Bot improves the manual inspection, which has a limited inspection amount, or the complicated and inconvenient destructive test method that must check the cross-section of the sample by cutting a part of the coil, to make it more accurate and simple to provide accurate coil diagnosis, risk management, and residual life prediction.
Through accurate coil condition diagnosis, the service life of the coil is extended and costs due to unnecessary replacement reduced.

• No scaffoldings required
