Walking Beam Furnace
Overview
The walking Beam Type Reheat furnace is designed to Walking Beam lifts the loading material and moves it forward In the furnace so that the material can ‘walk’ in result, with continuous operation can achieve high production rates and high quality steel.
The entire furnace is divided into three sectors: Preheating Zone, Heating Zone, and Soaking Zone, and the process proceeds continuously while maintaining a short reheating time and high temperature uniformity.
