Thermbond

Overview

THERMBOND, which uses a special phosphate-based binder rather than the existing castable bonding method by water and cement, is a next-generation refractory solution that enables immediate facility operation without a complicated dry-out process after quick installation and curing.

In addition to the lower expansion even at high temperatures, unique and firm bonding structure of the phosphate binder maintains its shape stably without any deformation or spalling even under the extreme stress of repeated thermal shock.
