Forge Furnace
Overview
The Forge Furnace is a FORGE type, which is a type of furnace where heating material is placed on the loading place can be moved and then transferred into the furnace through the furnace door to be heated.
It is very important to choose appropriate refractory material to occur short process time, high production performance and uniform quality.
Because of the frequent entry and exit of the transportation, the inside of the furnace is designed with a ceramic fiber module with a small amount of heat storage.
If the furnace is heated while minimizing thermal shock, a relatively fast heating cycle is formed and heat loss absorbed by the heat capacity of the refractory material is minimized.
