Silplatemass
Overview
Silplate® Mass 1500 is a hot-face reinforcement additives for use on ceramic fiber module, castable and refractory brick surfaces.
Manufactured from a combination of high-temperature fiber materials and sintered high-purity refractory oxides, it hardens at high temperatures as a strong bond is formed between the fibers and fillers of the product.
When applied to ceramic fiber linings that are vulnerable to flames such as burner flames, it forms a solid surface with high resistance to abrasion and thermal shock to protect the surface and extend the lifespan.
