Overview

Structural Beam, which forms the frame of the building, is a Framework that withstands the load by resisting the building's own weight and bending that occurs inside of the building.

 

Due to the characteristics of steel structures whose physical strength deteriorates rapidly at high temperatures, in Korea, 1,000°F (538°C) is defined as the limit temperature that can maintain the tensile strength of steel frames, and appropriate fire-resistance coatings are required to prepare for fire.

 

According to the current law, the rated fire resistance time of fire resistant coatings installed according to the number of floors and height is stipulated as follows.

 

 

 

Among the various fire-resistance coating methods for steel columns and beams, INSULATION KOREA's TAIKALITE fire-resistance coating method is a method that can be easily installed regardless of space and environment using a dry fire-resistant board TAIKALITE.

 

Since it is not affected by external temperature and does not require a separate maintenance work during construction, it can be installed with other procedures at the same time.

 

The thin and compact thickness (1 hour: 15mm / 2 hours: 25~30mm) and the sensuous white color create a bright feeling after installation, creating a luxurious and neat surrounding atmosphere.
