Therefore, as member of Insulation Korea, we make Ethics management to respect and act it fully based on right decision, behavior rules and value judgment in every business management.
  • 01.Responsibilities for Customer
  • 1. Customer first
    The company shall put the customer’s satisfaction first to realize value for customer and the company shall provide everything that customers want and make them be touched.
    2. Creating customer value
    the company shall put the customer as a matter of the highest priority for the every decisions and actions. The company shall pursue the customer’s satisfaction by creating values for them.
    3. To respect customers
    The company shall accommodate opinions and requests from customers if it’s reasonable and fair. And should keep promise with customers.
    4. To protect customers
    The Company shall comply with laws and regulations related to customer information protection and do not divulge or use information without prior approval from customers.
  • 02.Responsibilities for Company
  • 1. Basic ethical conduct
    We always fulfill our duty as a representative of company and as a member of society we have to increase the value for company and trust.
    2. Contribute to the sound corporate culture
    We have to develop ourselves consistently and contribute to coexistence and co-prosperity culture of corporate based on the mutual respect and good communication.
    3. Perform to fair duty
    We should clearly distinguish between public and private matters to perform our duties fairly and transparently and take no private interests in relation to our duties. We do not engage in any fraud, such as embezzlement and misappropriation of company assets.
    4. Ban the conflicts of interest
    We should prevent conflicting interests of the company and individuals from occurring, and in the event of conflicting interests, we should prioritize the legal interests of the company.
    5. Protect company property
    We must protect and legitimately use information such as the company’s tangible and intangible assets and trade secrets, and immediately report any situation that will cause loss to the company and take measures to prevent and minimize loss.
    6. Protect company information
    We must not engage in any acts such as promoting private interests or leaking to the outside by using undisclosed information of the company acquired in the business or providing it to third parties.
