Background

This was regarding remodelation of FireProofing (2hours) for steel framed structure of Cooling tower. Cooling tower had problem because of the high humidity caused by moisture kept coming from the inside of tower. We found the seperation phenomenon of existed fire proofing paint due to the moisture.
To solve this problem, we applied TAIKAlITE which is Dry FireProofing Method to the outside of tower. As a result of this, we can prevent corrosion of steel frame.

Delivery Scale

By applying TAIKALITE to the cooling tower steel framed structure where supposed to be exposed outside, we could get the aesthetic effect compare to the Wet Fire Proofing Method. 

Besides, we could saved the cost for the maintenance accused by repairing the separation phenomenon and corrosion of fire proofing paint.
